THE STORY BEHIND THE RAYS

Suniray is more than a teacher — she is a vessel for remembrance, reconnection, and wholeness. A RYT 500hr Certified Yogi, Conscious Creator, Kemetic (Ra Sekhi) Reiki Practitioner, and Herbal & Soul Alchemist, Suniray walks a path rooted in unity and guided by spirit. With over a decade of dedicated yoga practice, she shares not only movement but the deeper medicine of presence, breath, and liberation.

Initiated into lineages including Vinyasa, Hatha, Ashtanga, Kundalini, and sacred Kemetic traditions, Suniray integrates yogic wisdom with indigenous knowledge and ancestral healing. She teaches globally — online and in sacred spaces around the world — facilitating classes and retreats that dissolve the illusion of separation and bring us back into harmony with nature, spirit, and self. Her purpose is to embody and awaken divine union — the remembrance that we are not apart, but all part of the same divine thread. Her teachings reflect yogic philosophy and insight from many cultures, honoring the origins while embracing evolution.

Suniray holds a Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from NYU and has spent the last 15 years in service as a healer, therapist, and public servant — guiding individuals and families through developmental, neurological, and biological communication challenges. Whether working clinically or spiritually, her heart beats in rhythm with the underserved and the unseen, walking with those who seek safety, identity, and soul reclamation.

Her research roots trace back to The National Institutes of Health, where she studied schizophrenia as an intern and research assistant. But her true initiation into alchemy began in her grandfather’s garden — in the soil, the stillness, and the sacred — passed down through generations devoted to wellness as a way of life. That early spark has since carried her across the globe in search of wisdom from plants, people, and paths that honor the divine nature of existence.

Suniray sees life as a mirror — a sacred journey back to self, back to Source. Through her work, she invites others to do the same: to remember, to heal, and to rise in truth. And the journey, as always, continues.
